Sebastião is a lawyer since 1998, and is one of the partners of the Porto office of Maio SMCA.
Previously he worked at the law firm “Sebastião de Sousa Pinto & Associados”, in the Aveiro Municipality and in the Porto Municipality.
With over 25 years of experience in advising companies and individuals, he is mainly dedicated to the areas of Administrative Law, Tax Law, Administrative and Civil Litigation, namely in expropriation, urban planning, licensing, public procurement, civil service, disciplinary law, administrative offences and tax litigation. He regularly works on matters involving inheritance law, contracts, leasing and real estate.
