Luís has been a lawyer since 1998 and is one of the partners in the Porto office of Maio SMCA.
Previously he worked with Dr. Tavares de Oliveira and Dr. Tavares de Oliveira (Filho).
Throughout his professional career he has been mainly dedicated to the areas of Labour Law, Corporate and Commercial Law, Law of Obligations, Real Estate Law and Family and Minors Law.
In the field of Employment Law he has been outstanding in representing companies and employees in disciplinary proceedings, collective dismissals or by termination of employment and in the negotiation of agreements for the termination of employment contracts.
